Looks: Quite tall and athletic, he is fair-skinned with short messy dark brown hair. He has sky blue eyes, and narrow eyebrows, along with an average sized mouth. He normally has an irritating smirk on his face. He normally wears dark t-shirts and has a silver hoodie with a white trim to wear when it gets cold. He wears blue jeans with a black Pokeball holder on, and white trainers.
If he's going to an important occasion, such as a gym battle, he normally tries to smarten up a bit, combing his hair and trying to get the creases out of his clothes, but it never really works. He sometimes wears a leather necklace around his neck, with a silver pendant in the shape of a circle on. His Tyrogue sometimes stays out of the Pokeball, but only inside buildings.

Personality: He tends to be quite quiet, and only opens up when you get to know him properly. Once he has bonded with someone, he loves to tell jokes and laugh. In a battle, he can get quite cocky if he's winning, but he has a determined streak that makes him want to see things through to the end. He has a fear of the dark, which tends to cause trouble for him if he has to sleep outside.
He can be very reckless and angry in a bad situation, especially if someone he cares about is in danger, or one of his Pokemon. He judges people quite harshly for their mistakes, and finds it nearly impossible to forgive anyone who does a Pokemon harm.

History: He lived in Virbank City in the Unova region until two years ago, when his dad got a contract for a new job. He had trouble adjusting to the different environment at first, and has never really seen much of Kanto. He did well in school, but was quite spoiled at home. He got his first pokemon a year ago, and after bonding with it, he convinced his parents to let him become a trainer, and challenge the Kanto league.

(Technically L Tyrogue doesn't need to have hatched in his care, it just needs to have hatched in general which most pokemon do to have an egg move)
