Ten Day Training Course

Pignite gained 34 experience through the brief training, just enough to push him over the edge. He managed to learn a new move, Assurance as well. As his fist contacted with the last boulder, it shattered. Suddenly, Pignite began to glow. His entire body was encased in light so bright only white could be seen. Pignite was evolving! As the light faded, the new massive fire fighting combo was present before Ryuji. It snorted, fire blazing from its snout triumphantly. Pignite evolved into Emboar!

Wind would rush through her hair, The young female charging forward upon her newest caputre. A pokemon so unique and rare that she was completely un-sure on how she managed to actually capture such a pokemon. This pokemon was known as Suicine and it was one of the legendary trio of Johto. it was also an incredibly speedy pokemon who had the capabilities of doing the impossible. Yes you see she was upon the back of the pokemon who was not actually running upon the land. Yes you see Hana was giggling and screaming in enjoyment as her newest pokemon charged over the top of water from Dewford. She had originally planned on taking the pokemon gym battle in that ara but recalled her agreement to meet up with the young male known as Ryuji. It bounded through the water and into the tree's its beautiful body glistening in the lights rays as it weaved in and out of trees. The thing is this running with added weight upon the back and for such a long distance meant that this could be classified as some form of training. You see as this would help increase the pokemons durability and speed with the added weight. It would eventually get to the point that she had reached the appropriate area. Though she decided that she would grant the male 4 hours if she had not found him by then she would continue her journey without him. So halting her movement thus the speed trainign of the brand new pokemon Hana would giggle as she clapped her pokemon whom would nuzzle her. "Im so glad i met you" She would say gently towards the pokemon. "How about we do some training" she would ask. Nodding in acceptance the Suicine would nuzzle her once more.

Soon this field would be a collection of bubbles and roars as the beautiful young pokemon manouvred elegantly around the field, As this majestic beauty began its movements a rough and powerful wind would be erected through the use of its tail. This wind masterfully flowing behind the Suicine to increase its speed at supernatural rates. Orders would be given for bubble beam and that is exactly what would be released. A beautiful aura of bubbles released in a conjoined beam instead of each moving there own way which easiyl felled the tree that it had connected with. At the same time its movements would be rapidly moving at beautiful speeds This young beautiful pokemon was gorgeous and capable of so much more. Orders would be given for the technique known as Extrasensory. This move would allow a gorgeous golden aura to surround the beautiful legendary pokemon.

With this aura of gold it would soon join up and form within its mout. The light all vanishing within the pokemons eating hole. It would soon open its mouth after compressing the energy created from the psy based attack. With its mouth opening this young pokemon would release a powerful golden wave that opened up in a cone like shape. This cone like shape extending to huge rates and felling eighteen trees. With another order the Suicines body would shimmy softly before the rain fell from the Rain dance. A secondary combination and in one shrill vocal blast the ice beam would soon form icicles that struck the ground rapidly over and over again. Runnong forward and expetly jumping upon the back of her pokemon whom would seem to not be halted by the weight difference Hana would order a surf attack. As this pokemon began to run forward a tidal wave would erupt behind the legendary whom the female was atop off. "NOW RIDE THIS WAVE" she shouted. Clearly loving and enjoying this as th Suicine would soon be gliding through the air as she skated upon the tidal wave. "FREEZE" she shouted and in one moment she was once again in the air this time higher than she had ever been. The ice would flow from her mouth and the water wave would now be an ornament. It would seem she had over shot for Suicine would dive through the trees coming out of the area were Ryuji and Emboar was. It would probably be a shock to find her riding on top of a legendary pokemon.

It was finally time to train his Totodile so it too can evolve, so Ryuji got ready to help Totodile. The two stood side by side with Emboar on Ryuji's other side, and Ryuji would give the order."Use Scratch to work on your speed and strength."Ryuji said to his only water type pokemon. The little alligator pokemon complied as it started its training by using Scratch. It charged at a medium sized rock and activated the move. The tip of his claws glew a bright white as they were strengthened. With every scratch the rock took, it started to crack more and more. The claw marks were left all over the rock, until a final scratch was given by the Totodile causing the rock to collapse and fall into pieces.
"Now use Water Gun."The second command was then given by Ryuji. The water type pokemon focused its energy within its abdomen as it activated the move Water Gun. With it released a blast of water streamed out of the pokemon's mouth. It was a strong move but also common amongst water type pokemon. The stream collided with a normal sized dummy, striking it right in its center within the small circle which made the bulls eye on the dummy's abdomen area. The dummy was broken in pieces from the force of the Water Gun."Again."Ryuji said, the training had just begun and already Ryuji is pushing Totodile as he's giving commands the second that the move connects. Totodile blasted out another stream of water from the hole it uses to talk at another dummy. This time it was used to strike the dummy's right arm, breaking it off. Another Water Gun was used in quick succession to the last, breaking off the dummy's left arm. A final blow connected as Totodile used a third Water Gun which struck the dummy's head, sending the head flying off of the dummy's body. All three attacks were made in quick succession, making it look like water missiles were sent at the dummy to break it apart. Ryuji was quite impressed with the improvisation Totodile used and the strategy it used."Nice work! You know what Totodile, we should make that a move. Let's call it the three missile technique."Ryuji said to his water type. Totodile jumped up from excitement,"Totodile! Dile dile!"The pokemon said.
"Let's continue, use Aqua Jet at that tree."The trainer said to the little alligator pokemon. Totodile's body was then engulfed in water as it released water all over itself. The force from the water then made Totodile move really fast and shot him into the air as if it was a jet. No wonder they call it "Aqua Jet". Totodile used the force to guide the water surrounding it straight at a nearby tree. After what seemed only a short moment, Totodile connected with the nearby tree's center, drilling straight through the tree. The force from the speed and the durability of he water made it quite a strong move."Nice work Totodile."It was clear the bond between the two was growing more and more as they trained together, but it would never surpass what Ryuji and Emboar has. Though that didn't stop Totodile's motivation, on the contrary it sort of motivated Totodile to work even harder. Totodile moved on to the next tree as it was still engulfed by the water, he connected with the tree just like before, though the training was wearing him down at this rate so it took a short while of spinning to drill the tree in half. But eventually the tree was broken in half like the first one. The crocodile pokemon was at the point of evolving, just a bit more training needed so Ryuji gave the next command. "Use Water Gun again." Totodile nodded and activated the move Water Gun. Focusing its water type energy within its abdomen, it blasted out quick streams of water aimed at the dummies placed all over the training grounds. The first stream hit the first dummies right arm, the second hit the left arm and the third blasted off its head. Another great use of the three missile technique. It was then again used on another dummy as the first Water Gun hit the left arm, then the second connected with the dummy's right arm, the third one finished the dummy as it blasted the head of the dummy straight off. A third dummy was destroyed as Totodile used the three missile technique again, blasted the right arm off first with a Water Gun, then the left arm with another Water Gun, and finally the head was blown off as a third Water Gun connected with the dummy's head.

"Nice work Totodile, you did good."Ryuji said, just before Hana and Suicune showed up out of the woods. Emboar was standing next to Ryuji still and Croconaw (OOC: He should evolve as soon as the training is approved) was back into its pokeball before Hana could see the surprise Ryuji had for her. Ryuji returned Croconaw because he knew the pokemon was weakened by the training and heard the noise from the forest, so he didn't want to get Croconaw into a battle that it clearly wasn't in a state to win. With the appearance of Hana on Suicune, Ryuji's eyes widened and shined brightly from the mid-day-sun."How the hell did she get a legendary pokemon like that before I even got to see one in person?!"The thought ran through his mind. Emboar was angered by this, they were already at a type disadvantage and now she had a legendary as well.. The only thing keeping him from attacking the legendary dog was the fact that he just evolved and they still stood a chance of beating it.
"Keep your cool, Emboar. We'll fight this beast soon, but not today."Ryuji said silently to his partner as he saw Emboar's reaction to the sight of the beast. Emboar nodded in return."Hello Hana! Nice to see you! And I see you've been quite busy, capturing a legendary dog of Johto. But as you can see, we've been busy too. My Emboar is quite strong, a lot stronger than when you met us."Ryuji said, acting as if he's not worried at all and quite confidant, but that wasn't the case at all. His concern for walking out as the victor of their rivalry in the end grew to a whole new level as he glared at the beast."But I've gotta hand it to you, you must be quite the trainer if you own a beast like that. It must be quite strong too."Ryuji said, feeling the need to compliment Hana on her achievement of capturing a pokemon of such rarity.

"You're quite determined." Ryuji said with a serious face as he saw her full pokemon team and heard her challenge. "But you see, I can't accept your challenge right now. I need to get my team healed. I've just finished a training session, and to be honest the only pokemon that would stand a chance of beating a member or two of your team would be Emboar." The trainer said to his opponent Hana. "You're welcome to join me as I go to the pokemon center." Ryuji said as he started walking towards the pokemon center. It wasn't a long route from the training grounds to the pokecenter, and once they arrived Ryuji would return Emboar for a quick healing. The noticeably smaller team of only three pokemon were inserted onto the pokeball hatches used to heal the pokemon. "Has my package arrived yet?" Ryuji asked Nurse Joy at the counter with a serious face. "Yes, here you go Ryuji." She said back to him with a smile as always as she handed the pokeball over to Ryuji. "Its fully healed, too." She said. Ryuji picked up the four pokeballs and put three into his bag. The fourth was obviously Emboar's pokeball, and with a quick throw the pokeball opened releasing a bright white light which struck the floor and took the shape of the massive boar pokemon, Emboar. "Let's go back to the training grounds and start that battle. Though I doubt we'll win.. Even with Emboar being so much stronger now, she's at a big advantage with the water types she uses and that legendary at her disposal. Not even to mention she has a full team while I only have four pokemon. And one of which is Axew who hasn't even had a single training session with me so he's quite weak too.. But with this butterfree I just picked up, I've at least got three pokemon who will stand a chance to beat one of her pokemon each." The thoughts of the battle ran through his mind, torturing him as he continued to walk back towards the training grounds to start the battle. "So let's begin, Hana." He said as he reached the training grounds. "Let's go Emboar." He said to his partner, the boar pokemon with flames surrounding his head. The powerpacked pokemon stepped onto the battlefield to start the battle process. Now his rival Hana just needed to place Emboar's opponent on the battlefield.

Hana suggested a four on four pokemon battle as Politoad took to the battlefield. It would be better for Ryuji that they fought with equal pokemon so of course he was relieved, though he still didn't want a four on four, with Axew being so weak and untrained still. "Well, I'd actually like to have a 3 on 3 battle as our first battle, just to get a taste of each other's capabilities." Ryuji said trying to avoid the fact that he considers one of his pokemon just about useless in battle at the moment. "It's up to you, but let's begin. Emboar use Smogout" The trainer started the battle with the first command, a combination move use Smog and Rollout. Emboar quickly inhaled and exhaled soon after a blast of black smoke aimed at the Politoad, at the same time remembering its general area in which it stood. It would cover a big part of the battlefield, the Smog that is. Not only did it provide cover for Emboar, but the Smog was also poisonous. The second part of the combination move was activated as Emboar rolled into a ball and would charge at the destination the Politoad stood at. If indeed the Politoad would move, Emboar would simply zig zag in that general area which Politoad stood and would at the same time evade attacks as it zig zagged. Though the cover from the Smog would mean that attacks would be made blindly and already has only a small chance of hitting the boar pokemon.

The Politoad was taking damage as Emboar was zig zagging within the poisonous black cloud created by the Smog. But its trainer was quick to act as she ordered the Politoad to use Surf, probably a move that would take out Emboar as it was a fire type, though they weren't going to give up that easily. The Surf was created as the Politoad rode it like a boss on top, and the second command was given. The Politoad was now to use Psychic to hold Emboar still so it had no chance of escaping the massive wave that was coming at it. "Use Smogout to dodge!" Ryuji yelled as quick as he could at Emboar, and he was quick to react as he blasted out the poisonous black smoke at the ground causing it to quickly blast up into the air, covering Emboar and the general area it was in. Just as the Psychic was about to hit the Emboar and render it motionless, it rolled away from the vicious invisible ray the Politoad was sending to capture the boar pokemon. "Great! Now we'll need to stop that wave somehow!" The red haired trainer said as he started worrying while Emboar was still rolling away and buying some time for the next command. "Quickly use Sunny Day and Flamethrower! Trust me!" The words entered his partner's ears and he acted, he knew what was coming. It was almost the same strategy they used to win their first gym badge. Emboar then activated Sunny Day and stopped rolling, turning around it looked at the wave head on, taking a deep breath as it closed in and released a massive blast of fire energy in the form of a continuous blast of fire from its mouth. The flames were strong indeed, but of course not strong enough to stop the Surf, only enough to weaken it. As the flames connected with the wave it created a big cloud of steam quickly, lessening the water of the wave and decreasing its size and power. But the wave could not be stopped and connected with Emboar. The boar pokemon took a lot of damage, it was clearly shown as the pokemon would stood up with a raging look in its eyes. Its body was covered in flames and the flames it had as a "beard" were much bigger. This was obviously Emboar's ability, Blaze. The fire type would have been weak and near faint level if it wasn't for this ability, but the real fight was now just about to begin as Ryuji spoke to his opponent. "Using such a strong move while it also has a type advantage this early in the battle eh? Well, now you've just awakened the beast within Emboar, and your Politoad is going down!" Emboar would stand still with its flames burning bright about 15 meters from the Politoad, being sent away from its opponent by the wave.
