Personality: Brandon is a very cold person, often rude and in-charge of the situation. He has a loud mouth but despite these flaws he often has the best interests in mind. He is on good terms with all of Minoru and is a shrewd businessman. His main focus as both a CEO and Gym Leader are safety. History: Brandon Steel first discovered that there was steel under Koutetsu Town when he was 17. After he became the Gym Leader, he began a change in Koutetsu that saw the Steel Industry rise up and usher in prosperity.
