A very Cheesy and Yummy Journey~

The sun shined brightly down the small town of Littleroot. The plesent town was filled with life, from the soft green grass to the small pokemon and played in it, too young to go on their journeys. The pokemon Lab stood tall in the humble town, a aid running around wildly while a small pokemon looked on.

Not far away stood what appeared to be a young girl, but was not. That is a young 18 year old woman by the name of Cheese Dougnuts, you heard right, Cheese Dougnuts. This Long pink haired 13 year old looking girl was at the moment ready to finally start her postponed journey, Her bubbly torchic bounced happily on her head, chiping cutely.

"Alright Tart! Today the day! We are finally ready to go out into the world~ You excited?" The bird pokemon jumped off the womans head and bounced around in her excitement, Cheese laughed at her pokemons display and beamed, "Right~ Let's hit the road girl! Pokemon are waiting for us!" She punched her fist into the air, ruffling her kimodo with the movement. The woman skipped happily towards the lab, wanting to say good bye to the professor. Once she got there she tilted her head at the panicked aid. "Hey! Whats wrong?"

A boy named Shawn who was seventeen grogginly got out of bed and yawned as he strecthed himself. He had been back from his journey of unova. He wanted to be with his family for easter since he hadn't been for quite a while. He allways had been on a journey and it felt really amazing ot be in his own bed again from so long. He was used to sleep in beds from the pokemon center but this was much better. Home sweet home was really true.

He quickly got clothed in his usual attire. A blue shirt and a white and black jacket. A black pair of pants and on his left hand, two iron rings together with six leather straps. To finish everything up he placed another one on his neck. He wore this usually. His friends had helped him create this outfit and it made him feel confident. However he would go back to his journey to unova but he needed to have talk with the professor. Just the usual talk, he hadn't seen him for such a long time. He said goodbye to his parents and went to the pokelab.

He let his torchic out while they were walking and it just straddled along falling from time to time which looked really hilarouis as he smiled warmly and torchic stood back up and ran again before falling. After a while he picked it up and held it in his arms which he knew the torchic liked and saw a girl he hadn't seen before. However it wasn't that rare since he had been gone for a long time, but the pink hair threw him of a bit.

The aid shook in panic, "Oh Cheese it's just horridble! The pokemon the professer was taking care of got out," The mand slouched dramatically, he waved his hand towards the small pokemon now identified as a Mudkip, sitting calmly near the door, "This is one of the pokemon that he was taking care of, it's the only one that stayed. But Treecko, Larvaitar, and Torchic all ran off into the woods, I don't know what to do! I'm the only on here and I can't leave the lab to find them, their small and young pokemon, their no match for any wild pokemon."

Cheese looked at the aid hard then smiled brightly, "We'll help! Me and Tart owe the professor for helping us before, we can repay him and help little pokemon at the same time~" She ran to the man and took both his hands in hers, She looked determained, Torchic matching her look, "Just stay here sir! We will get them back saftly, just you wait and see! Their gonna be just fine and you wont have to worry anymore! So leave it all to me!" She declared, determaintion rolling off her in waves. Tart blew flames into the air, chirping in agreement.

The aid looked at her in surpise, then in gratitiued, "Oh thank you! I don't know what would happen if they got injured. They are all in the forest, they shouldn't of gone too far." Cheese grinned as she shook his hand, "Ok!" she let go and turned around, "Come on Tart! We have pokemon to find!" Tart flipped off her head and landed in front of her, "Torchi!" The both charged in the dirction the aid said they ran off, ready to hunt them down.

Shawn watched from a distance, looking  at the girl and what seemed to be one of the professors, helpers that was close to an adorable little mudkip. He could hear everything very clear, as he noticed that the pokemon the professor had been taking care of ha run of as he put his hand to his forehead and shoke his head ever so slightly. ''Not again'' He exclaimed, knowing this wasn't the first time that the pokemon professor had let pokemon escape by accident. He really needed someone who was able to help him get his clumsyness under control so this wouldn't happen again. 

He could see the girl and thought she was acting a bit weird, or better said she was acting a bit overeacting as he watched the girl shake the man his hands and talk to the man before storming of. He sighed but smiled, enthusiasm wasn't a ba thing but you would have to be able to control it so you wouldn't hurt your self. He decided it was better if he would come along. There would allways be a chance the girl would hurt herself or get hurt due to the enthusiasm. 

In the forest where she had run of to there were a lot of bug pokemon. He wondered how they would react to an overexciting girl and knew from some of his former fights they wouldn't really like it. He decided to casually run towards the same direction the girl had run of to. He had his pokemon ready in case something would happen and he would be ready. He tried to follow the girl her footsteps left in the dirt as he was pretty fast would soon catch up with her.

Cheese grinned wildly as she ran, she used to be on the track team at her old school. She knew she would find the pokemon fast, after all~ her tracking skills were second to none. Cheese stopped in a clearing looking around carefully, "They should be close..." she mumbled to her self, crouching low to the ground, luckily she was wearing leggings under her kimono. Tart ran around the clearing as Cheese searched, she stiffed at everything in hopes of catching the scent, she may be a bird pokemon but she still has a good sense of smell. Tart stopped as the smell of a grass pokemon drifted in, she whipped her head around and chirped at Cheese. She bounced up from her crouched position, "You got a scent girl? Which direction?" Tart pointed her beak south, heading down near a river if Cheese remembered correctly.

"Great! Lets Go~" Tart quickly jumped onto Cheese's back as she crouched down low into a sprinting position, she focused only on the direction Tart showed her, moving until her chin nearly touched the ground. With practiced ease, the woman burst from her start position, launching herself in a straight line, causing dust to blow away at the speed of the movement. "Oooooh Yeaah!" Cheese beamed as she sprinted though the forest at a near unreal(for a human) pace, thanks to running track and intense combat training, She squinted her eyes as she dodged trees and branches, staying focused on the direction the scent came from.

Cheese yelled in delight as she jumped into a second clearing, Tart bounced off her back as the woman rolled to a stop. Cheese bounce back on her feet and shooked herself off. "That was fun! Wasn't it?" she asked her dizzy pokemon, "Tor-chi~" the pokemon said as she fell over. Cheese laughed and picked the small pokemon up. "Hehe, i'll go slower next time, K?" Cheese was startled as she heard a growl, or attempt of on from a little ways off. She turned towards the sound and blinked at the rumpled looking Treecko, it must of been spooked by Cheese's abrupt entering.

"Tree..." The pokemon growled at her, Cheese held her hands up, "Hey now, i'm not gonna hurt you little guy," she walked slowly to the pokemon and crouched a few feet away, the untrustingly pokemon glared at her, trying to imitate the trainer. She motioned for Tart to move, which she did, Tart bounced up to the grass type, and tilted her head before beaming, "Torchi~ Tor-chi!" The female pokemon bounce in place, just bubbling with pure excitement. The Treecko looked at her like she had a few screws loose....which she did.

Shawn was just running alone following the tracks the girl had left. He knew he was pretty quick but he also knew that he didn't have the best stamina in the whole world and not long after he had ran for at least a while he needed to catch his breath. He noticed that the girl would have a huge amount of stamina to run this far, in this time and not stop for catching her breath. He could easily see that the girl didn't stop cause her tracks didn't change from distance from her. 

He decided to keep running, he had returned his own torchic when he went to run. He wondered if this girl had any pokemon fighting experience, he had heard around town that she was a material fighting pro , which would explain how she could run so fast and long. But she didn't really look like someone who would be able to handle herself when she would come into a bad pinch. He didn't think she would actually kick pokemon since they were from nature kind hearted beings but he wouldn't be sure what she would do to the pokemon as he had never met her and therefore didn't know what she was capable of doing.

By this time he harecaught his breath and began to run again, it took him a while as he heard a torchic chirping and soon he arrived at a small looking opening in the forest, where he could see the pink haired girl together with her torchic who he thought looked like it was hit by the confusion move by a zubat or something. He followed their gaze and saw the treecko. ''Heya treecko why you ran away professor is really worried about you'' He said smiling. He allready had his hand around the pokeball from his scyther. ''Do you want to come back or should this nice girl or I battle me instead'' He said as he held out his pokeball. 

The small grass pokemon smiled as it obviously seemed to like to fight as it went down and stood facing the girl. ''Looks like you are the lucky one'' He said smiling. He was glad he was back in Hoenn, he had become pretty famous in sinnoh and most of the people treated him like a celebrity but not many things went thought the border to here from a region that was two regions away and no one saw the coordinator Shawn Ray. However he kind of liked the attention sometimes and also wanted to go back there someday.

Cheese blinked at the new arrival and studied the teenager in front of her, Tart chirped wildly at the Treecko and ran back to the woman, bouncing at her feet. Standing up, Cheese regarded the boy curiously as he talked to the grass type, it seemed to calm down considerably at the boys presence, 'Must be one of those types.' she thought to herself as she smiled at the boy, "Who the heck are you~?" she asked cheerfully, tilting her head at the teen. She reconized him of course, they were both born in littleroot, she just never got the chance to talk to him.

She blinked when Tart jumped on her shoulder and chirpped at her, "A battle? Sure~" Cheering, the woman faced the battle ready Treecko, and pointer at him, " Alrighty~ You want to battle? You got your self a battle, Come on Tart~ Show Treecko what you got~" Tart squealed loudly as she flipped of Cheese shoulder, landing in front of her with practice ease. She stared at the grass type blankly before beaming, she bent forward and shouted, "Tooooor-chi!" or as Cheese heard, 'My next victim, it you!'. The Bird stood at ready, and beckoned the Treecko to attack her, "Torchi!" Cheese laughed and pointed at the pokemon, "You have the honors of attacking first!"

Shawn smirked as he heard what the girl asked him. It was weird to hear someone ask who the heck you were in a cheery voice. It sounded happy and rood at the same time which made him smile. ''My name is shawn ray'' He said smiling making a very gracefull bow to the girl who stood before him as he watched the girl who apprently didn't mind to fight the treecko. This would be good observation for him. He sat down on one of the few tree stumps that were scattered around as he had a first row view of the battle. Just as he sat down his pokeball opened and a small oshawatt come out of the pokeball. ''Hey there little guy want to watch the battle?'' He asked smiling as the pokemon nodded and replied: ''Osha watt!'' As he sat next to Shawn to watch the battle.

The treecko smirked as he put his piece of straw awayy and began to ran to the small fire chick pokemon. Treecko's were known for their speed and balance as he let out a glare, lowering the small pokemon's defense before jumping back a few spaces and then charging again with a pound as it raced at high speed towards the torchic trying to hit it with its paw that was now glowing a bit due to the move.

''This will become trouble'' Shawn said to his oshawatt as he watched the battle begin to start. This teecko was fast and not only that it had great balance, he didn't think the torchic would be able to keep up. He had a torchic of his own and his was no where near the speed of that treecko. He then looked a the girl who was facing the treecko with her torchic as he wondered what she would do. Oshawatt looked at him with a determined expression. ''Osha, oshawatt!!'' It said hitting its shell letting it drop accidently which looked comical as he chased it while the shell made circles in the same places and shawn smiled as the pokemon got it and embarresed sat back down.

Cheese grinned and snapped her scared fingers, "Alrighty~ Tart duck~" She cried out happily, bouncing on her toes as the battle began, oh how she loved battle~ She grinned at the thought oh the other pokemon battling them as well, bouncing excitedly, "Hehe~". She glanced over breifly to the other trainer watching the fight and wondered if he wanted to battle later, 'Nah, maybe when I have more pokemon~' she sung in her mind. "Go go Tart~ Show it what you got!" She cheered brightly.

Tart giggled as she literally smacked herself onto the ground, allowing the grass pokemon's move to fly over her, She may not be fast, but she had quick reflexs and high defense. The best way to take down speedy foes~ Turn their speed against them~ Tart pushed herself into a roll and back onto her feet, before blowing tiny fireballs at the treecko's back, machine gun style~ Then she started flipping back wards till she came near a tree, waiting for the fast pokemon to attack her again, prepared to dodge and let him hit the tree. Cheese had done the honors of teaching Tart how to battle stratagetly, without any instructions just in case something happens and their seperated and she is on her own. "Tor~ hee~" she giggled ditzly as she bounced in place.

The small tree hopping pokemon had not expected the small, and maybe with a screw loose somewhere torchic to duck. It flew over her but as nimble as the pokemon was turned around and softly with its paws hit the front of the tree as it jumped up and landed safely on the ground. This pokemon was obviously pretty well trained and fed as you could notice it by the nimble movements and quick footsteps, due to well training and feeding it had become like this and it was once more an example of what good training, love and care could do for a pokemon. 

It smirked as it checked out the small flames the torchic had sent without even the notice of its own trainer. It kept shooting however, he jumped behind a tree trunk and all of the attacks hit the tree trunk full on not hitting the pokemon by one bit. The girl would have to do better then that to be able to take him down as he jumped up and shot towards the torchic and bit on its head as its mouth began to glow. It was using absorb draining the health from the small fire torchic pokemon. It wasn't very effective like you would think but it was at least good enough to deal some damage to the pokemon.

"Tart!" 'Head first' was left unsaid as the Trainer grinned at her pokemon, She had no doubt this Treecko was a tricky one, it will be all the more better once he is defeated and Tart reins victorious. She cocked her head to the side and a small gleam shined in her blue eyes. She brought her hand up and spelt out something in sign language, But what she said will remain unknown to all other than her, since it was her modified version.

Tart immediately swung her head when the grass pokemon bit her and attempted to smash he repeatedly on the ground, of course without touching the ground herself, then she would spin, and spin, and spin, until she was dizzy and run head long into a tree, if the treecko was dizzy too, If not she would hit the deck and roll around rapidly. She chirped gibberish and will attempt to shake of the pokemon once more and through him off her. Then she would use a wide spread ember, going in a swirl motion. If even then he wouldn't get off, she will run head long into a rock. Never doubt the determination of a crazy pokemon, because if he still wasn't off, she will drive him crazy with her horrid singing.

The torchic really wasn't sane, Treecko thought, while being smashed repeatedly onto the ground. He didn't let go though, trying his best to continue his Absorb, but it was pretty much useless. The pokémons pride was at stake, so he didn't mind the small scratches. But suddenly the bird started to spin, making Treecko lightly dizzy, finally forcing him to let go and land on his back on the ground. Only for a pair of seconds though, as the pokémon got up again, quickly retreating.
He tried to dodge the Torchic, wildly running against a three, but was hit perfectly, dragged until his back met the tough barrier of solid bark.

Treecko let out a light welp, but as the Torchic now was just in front of him, the pokémon took the short opportunity, lifted his paw, before quickly swinging his arm in an attempt to hit the bird with a Pound attack.

Tart opened her mouth wide, catching the grass type in her beak. She grinned wildly, and began to run around crazily, trying to smack the Treecko against any and everything she could. She ran against trees, rocks, Cheese, the ground, the lake, and a random pokemon walking through. She dropped to the ground and rolled around like crazy, still not leting go of the pokemon if he was still on. Then she got up and bounced, and bounced, and bounced...and bounced, then started smacking him against the ground if he didn't get free. As a finale, she spinned around fast, and faster, and faster, and tossed him into a tree, if he didn't some how get loose.

Cheese bounce on her toes, giggling at her pokemon's antics. "Go! Go! Cheese~ Show him why you are my pokemon!" She cheered, kicking her legs as she chanted, dancing around herself. "Go go go!" she twirled and collapsed, laughing loudly at her own silliness. She smiled at the spazzing Torchic, eyes closing in happiness. "I Love you Tart! Win~" Tart heard her and grinned wider, spazzing out in her happiness.

The craziness that Torchic bursted out was the biggest advantage, catching Treecko of guard, as the bird took a hold of his arm. It was first when Torchic was in the middle of jumping on Treecko's back, that he got free, but only because it had finally given up trying to resist and therefor was considered fainted.
But since the Torchic had chosen to smack Treecko into a random bypassing pokémon, the peace was not over.

Dwebble.
Female.
Level 9.
Ability; Shell Armor.

Attacks: Fury Cutter. Rock Blast. Withdraw.

The Dwebble is obviously furious about getting drawn into a battle not its own, and now seek revenge for receiving the meaningless pain from the smack.

Cheese smiled at the Dwebble, not really understanding why it was her in Honenn. "Oh who cares! We gonna battle it! You up for it Tart?" The girl grinned at her ditzy pokemon, who was currently dancing around the fainted Treecko. "Torchi~" She squealed, stopping her dancing to literally bounce over near the Dwebble, She began to chirp loudly and rapidly, talking in her illegible gibberish.

Cheese skipped over to the downed Treecko and picked him up in her arms, "You really are a brave one~ You really tried to beat Tart, but your still a young pokemon and shouldn't be running around yet. But maybe someday you will~" She rubbed the Treecko on his head and held him in her arms regardless of if her had or will awake, no need to go catch him again right? Tart stopped her nonsensically yapping and froze in place, in quite the strange pose might I add. On leg was up near her beak, which was half open with her tongue sticking out, the other leg was bent at a odd angle that didn't seem to affect the Torchic, and her head was cocked far to on side. What a odd sight to see indeed.

The Dwebble felt unbearable annoyed by the chicken being all silly and then suddenly paralysed by something invisible. Or maybe it was just being as crazy as before, but with no movement going on.
None the less, the Dwebble didn't feel like missing this chance, so she lifted herself by letting the stone on her back lightly squish against the soft earth. The air between her hands, or spikes more correctly speaking, began to harnest small rocks from the ground, at last being a fully compressed rock, that after a few seconds shot in the direction of the Torchic. And then 2 more followed up, only two seconds between the fast-paced shots.

Tart bounced suddenly as the first shot was launched, she hopped on top of the first rock then sprung off it into the air. She nimbly leap off the the following rocks, timing her jumps to follow the two second time of the rocks. She landed safely on the ground and charged at the Dwebble, she jumped at the last moment as one of her talons glowed with a dark color as she used Night Slash on the rock pokemon.
