Rayles journey: Welcome to Rustboro

"You again Alex," said Rayle, "Have you recieved your Gym Badge yet?" he asked, proudly pointing his in Alex's face.

"Thought it might help," said Alex. He pulled out a glittering brown badge. "Wasn't really worth the trouble, though. Timburr took down Nosepass in two Brick Breaks." he added. "Let's see if you're tougher than Roxanne!"

"Well obviously I am if I beat her" noted Eayle, before throwing out a Poke Ball, and out came Togepi. "Two Pokemon each?" asled Rayle.

"Fine. Zorua, come on!" Zorua popped out of its PokeBall and snarled at Togepi.

"Come on Togepi" yelled Rayle, ready yor Mirro Move!" Togepi stopped and was deep in focus, anyone could see it in her eyes.

"Zorua, don't attack yet! Use Hone Claws!"

Togepi decided she may as well mimic Zorua and shapen her own claws, which she achieved by scraping them on a rock, "Now ready another Mirror Move!" yelled Rayle, unsure of Togepis ability.

"Now use Pursuit!" yelled Alex.

Togepi was hit by Zorua in the pursuit, but quickly got off its feat and Pursuited Zorua back.

(if supereffective applies here, then I'm right)

"Zorua, we have an advantage!" said Alex. "When they use Pursuit, it's not very effective! Pursuit again!"

(yea you are right)

"I would say use Charm, but Alex is no aofty person." yepled Rayle, but all Togepi understood was the 'use Charm' part, so stared at Zorua with big, round eyes.

Zorua started to sway and fall over.
"Hey! What just happened?" asked Alex desperately.
Zorua fell over onto a rock.

Togepi walked over to the fallen Zorua, and decided to activate its Mirror Move it had secretly been readying and Pursuited the fallen Zorua.

Zorua was launched back into a nearby boulder and shook its head. It stood up shakily and used Pursuit again.

"Charm it again, Togepi" yelled Rayle, thinking that maybe it was the Charm that was effwctive against Zorua. Togepi stared at Zorua with its convincing eyes.

"Man, that's getting annoying!" cried Alex. "Ignore the charms if you can, Zorua!"

Togepi narrowly dodged the Pursuit and kept on charming Zorua.

Zorua's eyes began to grow weary and its legs gave way beneath it.

"Go now Togepi" yelled Eayle, and Togepi dropped its time and unleashed the Mirror Move it had been storing up, and pursuited Zorua right on the legs, aiming to push Zoruas feet down. Sometimes the underdog wins Rayle muttered to himself, remembering an experience in his childhood.

Rayle had just been announced Most Intellectual Kid In The School Award, much to the despising of his enemies, including Alex, and another massive boy, Micheal. Micheal was older than Rayle and had threatened Rayle to purposefully fail the final exam, but Rayle didnt, and became the award winner. Unfourtanetly for Rayle, Micheal had a gang of roughly 12 kids, and they all swarmed Rayle after the ceremony. Micheal punched Rayle, his hairy fost almost looking as big as Rayles face, but Rayle, scared, duckedunde the punch and tackled Micheal over and ran away. Some of Micheals friends grabbed him and started beating him up, but Rayle ducked under their wall of arms, and ran away, leaving one with bloodstains on their face from hitting the concrete.

"The legs, Togepi, the legs!" screamed Rayle, and Tigepi tilted its head downwards, and continued in Pursuit of Zoruas legs.

(oh, by the way, it's a two pokemon battle. Alex still has Timburr and Rayle till has Mudkip)


Zorua tried to stand up, but its legs were growing sore. It launched one last Pursuit against Togepi.

Zorua hit Togepi square in the head, severely weakening Togepi, "Use Mirror Move, Pusuit on legs" yelled Rayle, but it took five seconds before Togepi actually took th order in and launched anoter Pursuit at Zorua's legs.

(Yea I gathered that or I definetly wouldnta used Togepi XD)

then a mudslide sent rayle,and his pokemon sliding down at high speeds

Rayle quickly zapped Togepi back into its Pokeball, as he fell down the mudslide. Now, he was somewhere underground. It was very dark, "Um okay..." he said, quite confused, "What going on here, is this a trick Alex?" but Rayle couldnt here Alex, he was going to have to find his own way out. He looked around, there was lots og collapsed groun everwhere, lot of destruction. It sure was an imoressive mudslide

A tall girl with brown hair and startlingly blue eyes was at the bottom.
"Hey, a trainer," she exclaimed, noticing Rayle dropping in. "Well it's obvious what we do now," the girl said, pulling a single Poke Ball from her belt.
"Go! Treecko!" When she pressed the button a fat little Treecko popped out of the Poke Ball.
"Tree*urp*Cko," it said, burping rudely in the middle.

Rayle jumped back, "Ah I see, a Treecko, seems like a bit of a clown," he noted, before throwing out Mudkip's Poke Ball and with a flash of red light, his mudkip came out "Muudkip," it exclaimed, before doing a short Wster Gun up in the air to show that it was ready to battle, "So you wanna battle?" asked Rayle, just to confirn the fact tht they were actually battling
