Beach battles

Spearow was hit by the Leaf Storm and blasted back on the ground very weak. Lucas saw that Spearow couldnot do it alone, so he threw out Darumaka. He started by using Focus Energy.

Servine grew nervous as it saw the Darumaka. It let out an angry cry and released a Leaf Tornado at both of them.

Darumaka in its cautious state saw the attack and tackeled over toSpearow and moved him away. Spearow went infront of Darumaka as he began to Focus Energy again and he turned his back preventing a Glare and Darumaka was looking out for incoming attacks.

Servine wasn't even Glaring but found a perfect opportunity for attacking. Deciding to keep it's distance, it released a Leaf Tornado at Darumaka and tried to grab Spearow with Vine Whip.

"Daru" Darumaka warned as he told his turned comrade. Darumaka rolled to the side to avoid the Leaf Tornado and Spearow flew up to avoid it. Darumaka then ran infront of Spearow and grabbed one of the vines and used Incinerate on it from close range and tightened his grip on it so it will have to recall with him or burn and hit Servine. Spearow thought this plan would work so it flew to Servine to Peck at it.

The vine was indeed singed but as pokemon don't really burn up, the vine was just covered in blisters. Servine flinched and raising the vine off the ground, no doubt carrying Darumaka with it, it flicked around the vine, even crashing it against some rocks, trying to shake off the persistent Darumaka. It swirled, sharply eyeing the Spearow with a Glare before trying to grab Spearow with the second, free vine.

Darumaka let go of the vine and ran to the other vine to use Incinerate on it and jumped to try to grab it as it hit Spearow unlocking the Glare. Spearow decided to go to Peck at Servine.

The vines whipped away as soon as Darumaka let go. It scowled at the Zen Charm pokemon before using a Leaf Tornado at both of them.

Spearow continued to try to Peck at Servine. Darumaka got hit, but began using Rollout on Servine.

Servine jumped on, stepped on Darumaka, whipped out a Vine to smack the impertinent Spearow incoming with a Peck, landed smoothly and with a huff of pride, proudly shook it's foliage before using Vine Whip to try and grab both the pokemon.

As the Vine Whip came torpedoing at the weak pokemon a red beam encompassed them and they disappeared. they were getting beaten to a pulp Lucas thought.
"Thank you for the fight i am now aware that i need training." he said quickly as he ran for the pokemon center. He decided he will train up all his pokemon for his next gym battle.
Once at the pokemon center he gave Nurse joy his pokemon and she healed them and he left to go train
