A Slowking sauntered out of the bushes and looked at Beldum and Lacob with drowsy, uninterested eyes.

Jacob looked at the Slowking, which was pretty big. (WTF,THATS LIKE,BOTH MY POKEMON'S LEVELS COMBINED XD) "I'll uh... pass on that one" says Jacob, not wanting his pokemon down. Jacob looked somewhere else, for a less high level monster than that Slowking.

(XD Well, I think the RNg likes you. I first got Feraligatr. Then Tornadus. Now a Golbat. Go attack it with both your pokemon.)

A Golbat fluttered from tree to tree, trying to find a nice shady spot.

(Sadly it's the same level so unless you want both your pokemon to attack at once...>> They'll each get 14 exp though~ Always a plus point.)

Jacob thought, and tried to think of a strategy. "If I come at it with a double threat, it may just go down." says Jacob as he sent out both his pokemon. "Beldum, go for the frontal attacks with take down, whismur, focus on uproar, If this Golbat does any poison moves, you take them Beldum, if he does any dark or ghost, Whismur takes them, now go!" says Jacob as Beldum flew at the golbat. Whismur got nearby and used uproar, not focused on it hurting beldum as much.

Golbat's ears stung as it angrily bared it's teeth at the two pokemon. Waving it's wings hard, it sent sharp slices of air at Whismur. Golbat used Air Cutter.

Jacob sighed, the ONE type of move golbat regularly uses, that Jacob didn't consider. "Beldum, continue your take down barrage to the Golbat, but take in that Air Cutter, you're the one who has had more training." says Jacob as Beldum flew at the air cutter, taking the full force, but continuing ahead. (Steel types ftw xD) "Whismur, keep up the uproar, Golbat seems to be taking it harder than Beldum!" says Jacob, as normal type moves don't exactly hurt Steel types.

The attacks were infuriating the Bat pokemon. Quickly flying way up high, it tested a couple of it's Egg Moves. It swooped down at Whismur and attacked with Faint Attack, then used the same at Beldum before firing Leech Life's at both and for the finale, drew power by Giga Drain, again attacking at both simultaneously.

(Tee hee. All of them are EM's, except Leech Life.)

Jacob watched this, deciding to let whismur take the dark move for less damage, as Beldum took on both of the drains, tired already. "Time to amp up our game!" says Jacob as Whismur and Beldum get serious. "Whismur,hop on the Golbat's back from that tree, and Beldum, keep a distance, and get ready to strike as soon as that Golbat is open!" says Jacob as Whismur jumped into the tree and out towards the Golbat, trying to latch on for a closer uproar on its back.

Golbat quickly fluttered out of the way, whirled back and struck out with one of it's wings with a Wing Attack, forgetting about Beldum.

Whismur seemed not to try and dodge,but to go for his face, as Beldum started charging into Golbat, using Take down, going to send Golbat into Whismur, so what Whismur can latch on and have its better range. Whismur was still doing Uproar, hoping Beldum makes it in time. Jacob was watched, hoping that Beldum lands the hit, and the plan continues.

The Take Down hit it but Golbat veered off course, slamming into a tree. Shaking off it's dizziness, it used Giga Drain again before using Faint Attack on Beldum, knowing the Dark move would hurt the part Psychic pokemon.

Once again, Beldum got dual hit, as it fell down, barely conscious, as Whismur landed and jumped at the Golbat, using Uproar as loud as it could. "Get up Beldum! You can do it!" says Jacob as Beldum just laid there, catching its breath.... or whatever Beldum's do.

Considering victory already his, Golbat ignored Beldum and turned to Whismur, using another Giga Drain.

Whismur got drained, but latched onto the Golbat's face, using Uproar in its ears, hoping the bat's great hearing, the range, and the loud noise at its prime would take the Golbat down swiftly.

Golbat screeched loudly and angrily, trying to shake off the leaden weight that restricted it's movement. It tried to Bite Whismur at close range.

Whismur got bit as Beldum got up and Jacob sighed. "Take down that golbat Beldum" says Jacob, grinning as Beldum flew into the Golbat's back and Whismur got louder.

(Seriously how long is that Uproar going on for? I think more than 5 turns...*goes to count*)

As both the attacks connected, Golbat let out a shuddering gasp and fell, before fluttering weakly and hovering up again. It was clear it was weakening. At a desperate attempt, it used Giga Drain again.

Whismur took this once, seeing Beldum was along the lines of going down, as Whismur held on and used a pound on the Golbat to weaken it more. Beldum just relaxed in a tree, prepping the energy for its next Take Down. "Keep it up guys!" says Jacob, determined to catch a cool pokemon like Golbat

The Pound hit Golbat in the back, arresting his Giga Drain. The Pokeball swooshed over it as it crashed face first to the ground, fluttering weakly. The Pokeball returns to Jacob, ready to be thrown again.

Jacob rushed to the pokeball, letting his pokemon rest up, and hurried, picking up the pokeball and throwing it at the Golbat at the right angle where it would initiate catching it, dying to get such a strong pokemon. "Cmon, lets catch this!"

This time the Golbat provided little to no resistance. The pokeball shook feebly twice, then rolled over silently, clicking once.

Ryon picked up the pokeball and smirked, putting it away, and returning his pokemon, going to recover his 3 pokemon at the pokemon center, as they were all pretty tired. Sitting down on a couch, Jacob waited for his pokemon to be all healed up, thinking of how he would get to Dewford for the next gym

Jacob got his pokemon back, leaving rustboro, using a map to determine where dewford is, eventually reaching a dock (where mr. brinney usually is in the game). Needing a way to travel across the ocean, to Dewford, Jacob started to look around, and eventually saw __________ (o3o either a pokemon or person ofc)

A cute Skiploom could be seen floating around, unaware of the trainers presence.
