The Graveller looked up just in time to receive a powerful Water Gun to it's face. Yowling in pain and clutching it's burning face, it rolled over in a tough ball before bouncing lightly on the spot and barreling strongly towards the Oshawott, with a powerful Rollout.

Oshawott was so cocky in it's advantage that it foolishly didn't dodge, and Jace didn't see it to alert him. "Don't take that from a rock! Razor shell!" and the Oshawott removed it's shell and swung at the Graveller with a hydro-like sword.
The Graveler, already picking up momentum, swerved, and with the exception of wobbling slightly which soon steadied, got away, dodging the attack with little to no consequence. It was picking up speed, fast, fast. Already it was throwing up debris in it's wake as it swiveled around to strike Oshawott twice.

As the Graveller came back, Jace commanded "Water Gun! Again!" and the Water Type shot out another water gun attack. Whether or not the attack would work would determine if he'd get hit with the Rollout attack.

The Graveler braved the water to come close enough to attempt and lash out with a triply powerful Rollout at the Oshawott. Thankfully the high velocity with which it was rotating flung off most of the water, letting the Graveler away with little injury. However, at a 4x disadvantage, that meant quite a lot. The Rock pokemon would probably not survive another of those. On the bright side, the ever-increasing velocity would throw off more and more water.
(What level is Oshawott again?)

[I put him as Level 11, but the Razor Shell was from a TM]
The Oshawott was immediately jerked back from the impact, and fainted. Jace face-palmed himself, and recalled the Water Type with a sigh. "Was that your only Pokemon?" Emerald asked. "Nope...I have one more..." Jace said reluctantly.
He let out his other Pokemon: Pansage. The green grass monkey began jumping around in excitement as it was let out for battle.
"Oh cool!" said Lucas as he scanned Pansage with his Pokedex. "Pansage, use Vine Whip" Jace said. The Pansage released two vines at whipped the Graveller.

The swiftly rolling Graveler would probably fling off the vines; at that velocity, it would deflect most attacks. However, here was another problem with a 4x advantage. The Rock type barreled strongly towards the emerald pokemon. His roll was visibly slackening as weakness set in, but he could but set his teeth and carry on.
